This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and services provided by ObserveX (“ObserveX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or subscribing to ObserveX, you agree to the terms outlined below.

15-Day Refund Policy

ObserveX offers a 15-day refund window for first-time customers. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 15 days of your initial paid subscription date.

Refunds are issued only for the first billing cycle and apply solely to first-time purchases. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 15 days of the initial payment.
  • The request applies only to the first subscription purchase.
  • The account has not violated ObserveX’s Terms & Conditions.

The following are non-refundable:

  • Subscription renewals after the first billing cycle
  • Add-ons, upgrades, or additional domains
  • Usage-based charges or overage fees
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for policy violations

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your ObserveX subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for future billing cycles.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Access to paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Policy Changes

ObserveX reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
