Terms and Conditions By OBSERVEX

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of app.observex.tech (the “Application”), operated by ObserveX (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which together form an integral part of these Terms.

2. Description of Services

ObserveX provides analytics, reporting, and insights by securely integrating with third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

• Google Search Console (GSC)
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

The Application retrieves and displays read-only data solely for analysis, visualization, and reporting purposes.

3. Google Account Integration

• The Application uses secure Google OAuth authentication.
• Only read-only permissions are requested.
• ObserveX does not modify, delete, or manipulate your GSC or GA4 data.
• All access tokens and credentials are handled securely in accordance with Google’s API Services User Data Policy.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide lawful access to Google accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Use the Application in compliance with applicable laws of Pakistan.
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Application.

5. Data Usage and Security

• Data is used solely to provide analytics and insights.
• Reasonable security measures are implemented to protect your data.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your analytics data.

6. Third-Party Services

The Application relies on third-party services, including Google APIs. ObserveX is not responsible for service interruptions, changes, or inaccuracies caused by third-party platforms. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and designs within the Application are the exclusive property of ObserveX or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for its intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ObserveX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application if you violate these Terms or create security or operational risks. You may revoke Google account access at any time through your Google Account settings.

10. Refund Policy

ObserveX offers a limited 15-day refund policy for first-time subscriptions, subject to the conditions outlined below and in our separate Refund Policy.

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the initial paid subscription. Refunds apply only to the first billing cycle.

The following are non-refundable:

• Subscription renewals after the first billing cycle
• Add-ons, upgrades, or additional domains
• Usage-based or overage charges
• Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of these Terms

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Access to paid services will continue until the end of the current billing period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
